• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.

• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

1. Analyze all aspects of sales, production timeline and generate weekly and monthly reports for future development of the brand;
2. Prepare OTB and is responsible in analyzing and conducting seasonal merchandise buying;
3. In charge of ensuring thorough and effective buying process for final products;
4. Support merchandising and sales ops team to maximize commercial opportunities through effective inventory management and top-notch customer service;
5. Monitor market trends, consumer behaviour and competitor activities to strategize future brand development;
6. Plan and forecast future business ;
7. Manage stock level at a healthy margin;
8. Negotiate and maintain networking with suppliers and vendors;
9. Monitoring Development and Delivery orders;
10. Working closely with production, warehouse and marketing teams to achieve to attain goals
11. Support customer service team
12. Conduct regular store visits to ensure the implementation of commerciality and Brand direction.
